The best way to reach us is email. Whether you have a question about a recipe, found a bug in the calculator, want to suggest a new guide, or just want to tell us how your last bake went, we read every message.
What we can help with
We are happy to answer questions about the calculator, explain something in one of the guides, or take suggestions for topics we have not covered yet. If you tried a formula and something went sideways, tell us what you did and what happened and we will try to help you figure out where it went wrong.
What we cannot help with
We are not in a position to review commercial bakery recipes, act as a bakery consultant, or troubleshoot equipment failures for professional ovens. This site is for home bakers, and that is where our expertise is.
Response time
We read email within a couple of days and reply when we can. There is no support queue and no ticket system. If we miss your message, feel free to follow up.
